Well, Lenaris Ebanks (the builder) and Raymond Scott disagree about this tree. Both men call it a "faustic" tree. Lenaris says they're "a dime a dozen" and Raymond claims it's a very rare and unique fruiting tree. Since it's sitting in the middle of the driveway, I'm siding with the builder. Its days are numbered.
