Well, so much is happening this month!
Even though McLean Contruction’s team took three weeks off from working on my house to finish another project, they still took the time to come over on Saturday mornings to install the upper-story doors and windows.
Todd Grant, the electrician, has begun to wire the house.
Vic arrived on the 3rd of March to re-organize and structure the job site: shovelling stones, hauling concrete blocks, and re-stacking lumber. He built pathways and driveways and defined the boundaries of the property.
At this rate, the house will be habitable in no time! (Or so I thought at the beginning of the month... By the third week, the workers were gone to finish a government project at the Scott dock.)
Six months post-Ivan, Grand Cayman is still in tatters. Utterly amazing...
